Masha, founder and owner of Design Tech Remodeling, has been in the building and remodeling business for over 40 years. In addition to her management and supervisory experience, she has extensive industry knowledge, business skills, and a comprehensive network of contacts in the plumbing and building industry. Those abilities, combined with an understanding of both functional and aesthetic innovative design ideas, have contributed to the success of the company. Masha has always looked to her satisfied customers as the most important measure of her success. Her entire business philosophy can be summed up in one simple phrase: customer satisfaction.
Nicole Raffensperger, CKBR
Nicole understands the remodeling challenges that customers face and takes great pride in developing functional, beautiful environments to meet individual owner’s needs. Nicole keeps current with changing trends in design and remodeling and can work with customers in any style: traditional, contemporary, eclectic, or a combination of styles. She is a NARI Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler holds degrees in psychology and interior design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Mount Mary College. Nicole earned her Masters in Business Administration Degree from Marquette University in 2010. As an owner of Design Tech Remodeling, Nicole is responsible of all of the processes of which the company uses to run it’s day in and day out business. Those processes are important as they create a seamless working relationship with the company and our customers. Nicole is currently Vice-Chair on the NARI Show Committee and Tour of Remodeled Homes Committee.
Cristy’s attention to detail makes her a huge asset to the homeowners in the design, space planning, and selections process. It is her beautiful designs that help our customers visualize their new space. She’s there to assist homeowners from concept to completion. Cristy’s greatest reward is turning an outdated space that’s no longer meeting the homeowner’s needs into something beautiful, functional, and suited uniquely to the client’s desires and personality.
Jennifer is the Design Tech Remodeling Office Manager and will likely be the first person you talk to when you call about your new remodeling project. Jennifer assists with setting-up appointments and answering any questions you may have regarding your remodeling project. She assists our designers in ordering materials, scheduling inspectors, and accounts payable/receivables. She’s an integral part of the Design Tech Remodeling team and is always willing to help.
Kevin, Lead Carpenter for Design Tech Remodeling, is involved in every aspect of the remodeling projects. His primary responsibility is quality control and time management. With more than 25 years of experience, Kevin takes great pride in his work and it shows in the final details and quality-craftsmanship of each project. His areas of expertise include framing, cabinet installation, and finish carpentry. NARI Certified Remodeler.
Kurt, an expediter and accomplished carpenter, is involved in demolitions, framing, and finished carpentry. He also works with municipal inspectors, managing individual municipalities’ inspection requirements for each job. Kurt is the primary contact for customer service while a project is underway, making sure that any customer questions or concerns are addressed quickly and to the customer’s full satisfaction.
Eric, Project Manager for Design Tech Remodeling, manages all aspects of remodeling projects from planning to implementation. He is a seasoned residential contractor with experience managing complex residential construction projects of various scope and size. As part of the Design Tech Remodeling team, Eric is dedicated to bringing the best possible experience for each of our customers while ensuring top-quality results.
Hannah, our administrative assistant, will help assist customers with their remodeling project questions. She has extensive experience with admin tasks including scheduling and correspondence. Hannah works closely with our sales/designers to ensure the accuracy of all project costs and submits invoices in a timely manner to all clients. She is responsible for maintaining all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
